RESERVATION POLICY - MESA CAR SERVICE CORP

1. RESERVATIONS
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
- Reservations can be made via:
- Our online booking form

2. CONFIRMATION
- Once the request is received, a confirmation will be sent via email or text message.
- The reservation is not considered guaranteed until this confirmation is received.

3. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
- Modifications must be requested at least 12 hours prior to the service.
- Cancellations made:
- More than 12 hours in advance: no charge.
- Less than 12 hours in advance: a 50% fee will apply.
- No-show: 100% of the reserved service will be charged.

4. WAIT TIME
- A grace period is granted:
- 15 minutes for standard transfers.

- 30 minutes for airport pickups (includes flight tracking).
- After the grace period, additional time charges will apply.

5. PAYMENTS
- Credit cards, Zelle, or cash are accepted.
- Some special services may require a deposit or prepayment.

6. CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Passengers must behave respectfully and follow the driver's instructions.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by passenger negligence will be the client's responsibility.

7. FORCE MAJEURE
Mesa Car Service Corp is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, heavy traffic, accidents,
or any situation beyond our control.
